The implementation of the Creativity Labs consists of 3 important steps:

  • STEP 1: 10/15 TCN migrants will be selected per country through a call for participants in Belgium, Czech Republic, Greece, Spain, Turkey and the UK. The focus of this activity is to put into practice the learning outcome in each country.
  • STEP 2: The training will be a mix of self-learning sessions and complementary classroom training. The training will include online exercises, printable exercises, games, short quizzes and the use of materials prepared by the professionals, educators and volunteers working with TCNs. The Creativity Labs will be implemented in 4 weeks.
  • STEP 3: After the creativity labs, a survey will be conduct asking participants to describe how they use the knowledge, skills and values presented at the creativity labs. A final event will be held in each country to present the results of the creativity labs.

The IN-CREATE learning platform offers a self-assessment test for professionals, educators and volunteers to identify their specific capacity building needs, existing knowledge and skills, and interests in order to pursue and/or select the most appropriate training modules. It provides guidelines for self-learning and an introduction to the purpose, use and features of the platform.

The creativity labs consist of intensive multi day face-to-face training sessions. It’s organized for a group of 10/15 TCNs. It’s based on the material of the online platform for professionals, educators, and volunteers working for Third Country Nationals. The beneficiaries will produce various forms of artworks (i.e., photography, videos, PPT, etc.). The sessions will be a mix of self-learning sessions and complementary classroom training.

Each partner will select at least two modules for the implementation of the Creativity Labs between photography, theatre, filmmaking and social economy.

The Creativity Labs will last four weeks.
